What we collect
- Order data — name, email, phone, shipping address, items and amount. Required to fulfil your order.
- Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
- Local storage — your shopping bag is kept in your own browser. It isn't sent anywhere until you check out.
Who we share it with
- Stripe — payment processing, receipts and refunds.
- Our fulfilment partner — the name, address and item needed to ship your parcel.
- Our email provider — to send order and tracking emails.
- Discord — order details are relayed to a private channel we control so the order can be picked and packed.
We do not sell data, and we don't run advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years to satisfy tax and accounting rules. Marketing emails only ever go to people who asked for them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correction of it, or deletion of anything we're not legally required to keep. Email [you@yourdomain.com] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Stripe may set its own cookies during checkout for fraud prevention.
