Every order ships free, to every country we can reach. There is no minimum spend and no handling fee.
How long it takes
- Dispatch: within 24 hours of your payment clearing (Monday–Friday).
- Transit: typically 6–12 business days, depending on destination and customs.
- Tracking: emailed the moment the carrier scans your parcel — usually 2–4 days after dispatch. First scans can lag by 24–48 hours.
Where we ship from
Orders are fulfilled from our partners' warehouses in Asia and Europe. Your parcel may ship from whichever location has stock, which is why delivery windows are a range rather than a date.
Duties and taxes
Prices are in US dollars. Orders under the de minimis threshold of most countries arrive without extra charges. If your country does charge import duty, it is payable to the carrier on delivery and is outside our control — but write to us and we'll help.
Something hasn't arrived
If tracking hasn't moved for ten business days, or the estimated window has passed, email us with your order reference. We'll either chase the carrier or replace the order, whichever is faster for you.
